Golden Nordic Ski Club Hires New Coach »

GOLDEN NORDIC SKI CLUB (Golden, BC)

The Golden Nordic Ski Club has hired former BC Ski Team athlete Nicole Perrin as head coach.

Nicole is from Kimberley B.C. and has been involved in cross country skiing since she was five years old.  During that time she was a competitive skier for thirteen years and attended five national Championships.

After retiring from racing at the end of the 2014 season, Nicole spent some time in Rossland where she started coaching.  While there she worked with the Black Jack Cross Country Ski Club Track Attack program and discovered that she really enjoyed it.  Following that an opportunity came up to be head coach of the Track Attack program and assistant coach of the race team for the Kimberley Nordic Ski Club, so she returned to Kimberley.

Nicole is a NCCP T2T coach in training.
